Kettle Park, Dunedin on Tuesday the 24th November 2009 at 7.30pm

  1.  Confirm Minutes of 2008 Annual General Meeting.
  2.  Receive and consider 2009 Annual Report, Accounts and Balance Sheet.
  3.  Election of Office Bearers 2009.
  4.  General Business
